Video and phone visits

Get the care you need from wherever you are.

Important note:

Virtual urgent care is not available to Medicare members at this time.

We partner with our medical groups to make getting telehealth services easy.

Here’s how to schedule a virtual visit with your primary care physician.

1

Check your plan medical group.

Your plan medical group is listed on your member ID card and in your online account.
